- Canada Visit Visa from Malaysia | BP Management
BP Management helps you get a Canada Visit Visa from Malaysia with confidence and ease. Our trusted visa experts simplify the process and guide you every step. CANADIAN VISITOR VISA If you require a Temporary Resident Visa to come to Canada, we can represent you and help you strengthen your case. Each year hundreds of thousands of visitor/tourist visa applications are refused by Canada. Many of the refusals are avoidable and only occur because applicants do not understand the requirements or the manner in which these applications are being assessed by the Federal Government of Canada. PROCESS AND CONSULTANCY To obtain a Canada Visitor Visa applicants must meet specific requirements to demonstrate their eligibility. These requirements are designed to ensure that visitors intend to stay in Canada temporarily, have the means to support themselves, and pose no risk to Canadian society. 1. Valid Passport A valid passport is essential for a Canada Visitor Visa application. The passport must remain valid for the entire duration of the intended stay in Canada. 2. Purpose of Visit Applicants must clearly state the purpose of their visit. Common reasons include tourism, business meetings, or visiting family and friends. Providing a detailed itinerary that outlines the planned activities in Canada can strengthen the application. 3. Proof of Financial Support Applicants must demonstrate that they have sufficient financial resources to cover their expenses during their stay in Canada. This includes costs related to accommodation, transportation, and daily living expenses. Bank statements, employment letters, or proof of income can be used to substantiate financial stability. 4. Ties to Home Country Strong ties to the applicant’s home country, such as employment, property ownership, or family commitments, are crucial. These ties indicate that the applicant intends to return home after their visit and is less likely to overstay their visa. 5. Invitation Letter (if applicable) If visiting family or friends in Canada, an invitation letter from the host may be required. This letter should include details about the host’s status in Canada, the nature of the relationship, and the duration of the visit. 6. No Criminal Record Applicants must not have a criminal record. A background check may be conducted to ensure that the applicant does not pose a security risk to Canada. 7. Medical Examination (if required) In some cases, applicants may need to undergo a medical examination to prove that they are in good health and do not pose a public health risk to Canada. 8. Biometric Information Depending on the applicant’s nationality, biometric information (fingerprints and a photo) may be required as part of the application process. Meeting these requirements is essential for a successful Canada Visitor Visa application, ensuring that the applicant can enter Canada for their intended temporary stay. In general, decisions on the majority of TRV applications are made by visa officers within 2-4 weeks. We will ask you various questions to determine whether an application for TRV is likely to be successful and advise you of your options. We believe TRV applications with little to no chance of being approved, should not be submitted. Above and beyond the cost of the non-refundable government fees, adding a visa refusal to the permanent immigration record of the applicant with Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (Canada's federal immigration department), is something that should be avoided to the extent possible. The benefit of using our TRV assessment service also extends to invaluable tips that can be used even by prospective applicants who will ultimately choose not to use our full representation service. BPM helps to prepare an application for you and any dependents so that you may come visit Canada.

- E2 Business Visa | BP MANAGEMENT
E2 Business Visa What is E2 Business Visa? E2 Visa is an investors visa that allows you and your family (spouse and children under age 21 ) to live in the United States for at least 2 (unlimited extensions) years or more as long as you invest and maintain your investment. It is much cheaper than EB5 Immigrant Investor Green Card Scheme. There is no set minimum level of investment which may qualify for E2 Visa Treaty Investor status. Our recommendation is at least $50,000 if in the United States and $100,000 if outside. There is currently no quota or annual cap, so E2 visas are unlimited in the number available. The business should create employment in the US for both the E2 treaty visa national investor and US citizens and residents. The investment must be in an active and operating business that requires people to work in the business. Therefore passive investments in say property or stocks and bonds do not qualify. An E2 visa basically allows you to buy entry into the USA without actually "immigrating." The E2 can be renewed indefinitely as long as the investor is running the business and it generates "more than enough revenue" to support the investor's family. You can invest in virtually anything or trade in virtually anything. Investors must place their funds in the hands of a bank or closing agent who is instructedto release the funds to the seller of the property or business upon visa approval. E2 visas are considered nonimmigrant visas. However, once an investor is able to qualify and enter into the U.S. in this category, they are able to look for other opportunities and to apply for green cards and eventually citizenship. E2 visa holders may only work for themselves or the E visa enterprise. Spouse gets a work permit and can freely work for any other company. E2 visa holders and dependents may study in the US. E2 visa holders do not have to live in the US any particular amount of time and may arrange their affairs so they are not subject to world wide taxation.
