Canada Visitor Visa (TRV)
If you require a Temporary Resident Visa to come to Canada, we can represent you and help you strengthen your case. Each year hundreds of thousands of visitor/tourist visa applications are refused by Canada. Many of the refusals are avoidable and only occur because applicants do not understand the requirements or the manner in which these applications are being assessed by the Federal Government of Canada.
Our
Experience
Canadian TRV cases are something which we initially started off with 13 years ago as our speciality until 2018 when we started expanding our services to other countries. Till this day, we are proud to say that we have had one of the highest success rates in Malaysia when it comes to Canadian visitor visa applications. What increases our success rate is also the fact that we do not take cases of clients who our experts assess ineligible. Therefore, we always run an assessment on our clients before taking their cases and we are always transparent about their eligibility and whether they are likely to be refused. When it comes to refusals, we have turned thousands of refusals into approvals. We have gotten many clients who were previously refused more than 2 to 3 times, yet our team was successful in getting them approved.
What is the Canadian Visitor Visa?
A Canadian Visitor Visa, also known as a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV), is an official document issued by the Government of Canada that allows foreign nationals to enter Canada for a short period of time. It is typically granted for purposes such as tourism, visiting family or friends, or attending business meetings. The visa does not guarantee entry, as travelers must still meet border requirements upon arrival, but it confirms that they have met the basic eligibility criteria to seek entry into the country.

In general, decisions on the majority of TRV applications are made by visa officers within 2-4 weeks. We will ask you various questions to determine whether an application for TRV is likely to be successful and advise you of your options. We believe TRV applications with little to no chance of being approved, should not be submitted. Above and beyond the cost of the non-refundable government fees, adding a visa refusal to the permanent immigration record of the applicant with Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (Canada's federal immigration department), is something that should be avoided to the extent possible. The benefit of using our TRV assessment service also extends to invaluable tips that can be used even by prospective applicants who will ultimately choose not to use our full representation service. BP Management helps to prepare an application for you and any dependents so that you may come visit Canada.
